- Donation of the Holy Thorn: a medieval competition between the three factions of Montone, with games and outdoor theather performances to celebrate the Holy Relic. During the same period, in the Taverna of each fraction, it will be possible to taste typical dishes, served by waiters wearing medieval costumes (the week of 15th of August)

- Umbrian Film Festival: dedicated to shorth movies, it's a unique occasion to enjoy a selection of international short movies, that will be shown outdoor on a giant screen in the main square (second week of July)

- Umbrian Jazz Festival (July, Perugia): for 30 years, one the most famous jazz festival in the world.
